3. Account Rules

• Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BLOXBET will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• BLOXBET reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. BLOXBET is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect address entry.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 coins. Withdrawals are processed manually and may take up to 24 hours.
• BLOXBET reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• You may not attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to the Platform.
• Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to limits or delays at BLOXBET's discretion for compliance purposes.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

All players must act with honesty and integrity. The following are strictly forbidden:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identities.
• Using the Platform for commercial gain or on behalf of a third party.

BLOXBET may void bets, freeze balances, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Provably Fair Gaming

All games on BLOXBET use a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptography. Before each round, a server seed is hashed and committed. After the round, the raw seed is revealed so you can independently verify every outcome. By playing, you acknowledge and accept this system as the definitive method for determining game results.

BLOXBET makes no guarantee of winnings. By placing a bet, you accept that you may lose your entire wager and take full responsibility for that outcome.

7. Responsible Gambling

BLOXBET is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, we encourage you to:

• Set personal deposit and loss limits.
• Take a voluntary self-exclusion break by contacting our support team via Discord.
• Seek help from a professional gambling support service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BLOXBET is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the security of data transmission. BLOXBET shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from connection issues, server downtime, or third-party failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses exceeding the value of the bet placed in the relevant transaction, or 500 coins in aggregate, whichever is lower.

By creating an account you consent to BLOXBET collecting and processing your personal data, including but not limited to your username, email address, and betting history, for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
